Ms. Bridget Kellam has worked for Park Hill School District for 11 years. She has served as a full-time Energy Specialist throughout the Cenergistic energy management program.

Dr. Travis Hux
Assistant Superintendent of Support Services

Dr. Travis Hux oversees operations departments for 9,000 students, 1,300 employees, 25 facilities in 1.7 million square feet, 75 buses and 16 kitchens. He leads six directors and 330+ employees, monitoring $16 million in department budgets.

Dr. Hux earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University.

He has served Raytown C-2 SD for more than nine years. Dr. Hux serves Southwest Baptist University as Adjunct Professor, was an Assistant Principal and taught in St. Clair and Cape Girardeau, MO, schools.

South Dakota - Sioux Falls School District - Energy Specialist

Sioux Falls School District was able to increase funding for teachers' salaries in the 2012-2013 budget due to savings from the energy program. In the first two years of the program, the district has saved over $1 million.

Ms. Bridget Lee
Energy Specialist

Ms. Bridget Lee graduated from the University of South Dakota with a major in Psychology and a Criminal Justice minor, and started working for the Sioux Falls School District in 2005 as a Community Facilitator (Special Education). She became the Energy Education Technician in September of 2010.

South Dakota - Sioux Falls School District - Superintendent

Dr. Pamela Homan
Superintendent

In her 9th year as superintendent, Pamela J. Homan has served the Sioux Falls Public Schools for 20 years. Dr. Homan leads the 24,000 student PK-12 school system and a 2,500 student regional technical institute.

Dr. Homan has served on various state and Governor-appointed committees for educational assessment, technology, teacher quality, and school funding. As superintendent, Dr. Homan initiated several initiatives focused on educating and preparing each of the District’s students to succeed in a changing world.

Dr. Homan earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD. She earned Specialist and Doctoral Degrees from the University of South Dakota.
